This traditional brick pub built originally to serve the fishermen and tradespeople of the bustling historic port of Padstow. With harbour views, award-winning beers and a reputation for its fresh pub food The Shipwrights provides a great stopping off point to explore the Cornish coast.

Whether you are dropping by for a light snack before exploring the coast ready for a hearty meal our freshly cooked traditional quayside pub food is worth experiencing.The Shipwrights enjoys a well-earned reputation for its fresh pub food and family friendly menu. Reeling in the best local Cornish produce from sea and land our food is cooked by passionate chefs who love their food as much as you will.Locally Sourced

Where possible our skilled chefs use fresh local produce, cooked on the premises to create your meal. We are proud of the delicious ingredients grown, reared or caught in and around Cornwall and we minimise the use of pre-prepared food on our menu. You can see where our key local providers are on our local produce map or ask one of our team when placing your order.

FOOD & ACTIVITIES FOR THE CHILDREN

If you are bringing the children along don’t forget to ask your server for our children’s menu when you arrive.Don’t forget to grab some crayons from the bar as the colouring-in activities will keep them busy and help your visit be that bit more enjoyable
