We are a traditional, family run inn situated in a beautiful, sheltered valley close to the Helford River. We are ideally located to enjoy the very best of Cornwall. There are footpaths galore and beautiful stretches of coastline all within a few miles. We are a 15 minute drive from the harbour town of Falmouth and the market town of Helston. Although, if you would prefer a spot of tranquility closer to home, why not relax in our expansive gardens on site?The Trengilly is nestled into a beautiful wooded valley. Our impressive garden slopes away from the inn towards a large, sheltered pond. There are lots of lovely private places to relax and a large lawn for exercising dogs.Alongside our resident goat, Titch, there is plenty of wildlife to be seen in the garden.  Therefore, please be careful with your dogs when walking in and out of the main drivewayWe combine excellent food (using local ingredients) with a comfortable inn, a friendly bar and great events. Whether you prefer the weekly quiz night or a spot of live music out on our sunny garden terrace, you are guaranteed good memories from your time at the Trengilly Wartha Inn!We have 12 lovely rooms here at the Trengilly, as well as 2 luxury Safari Tents nestled in our beautiful gardens, making it the perfect country escapeSafari TentsWe have two new, luxury Safari Tents nestled within our stunning gardens, perfect for a romantic break or a family holiday.‘Tree Top 1’ and ‘Tree Top 2’ feature a double bedroom and a separate bunk-bed room for the kids. Each Safari Tent has its own log fire, kitchen facilities, dining table and comfy sofa. We provide bedding, towels, a basket of logs for the fire and a large bottle of drinking water, as well as tea, coffee, sugar and milk on arrival. Each tent has its own built in BBQ and fire pit with seating in the shared Safari Tent garden, as well as a new private bathroom each, just 20 yards away.Enjoy the beautiful views from  your private balcony, or a bbq and a glass of wine around your own fire pit, in the shared Safari Tent garden.There’s nothing like a great night out in a country pub.At least that’s what we think.  We’ve made our bar the friendliest in the area with regular events, a fantastic range of real ales and a truly comprehensive wine list. Despite our recent refurbishments, which have freshened up our space, we have retained the inn’s traditional and cosy feel .
