Recipe: Dog Friendly Cheesy Carroty Muffins

5 eggs
300g self raising flour
85g carrot
85g cheese (I use low fat Cheddar) 50ml milk
100ml water


Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Grate carrot and cheese and leave to one side
Put flour into a mixing bowl, add eggs, milk and water.
Mix using an electric mixer if you have one.
Add a little extra water if the mix seems too stiff.
Fold in the carrot and cheese.
Put mixture into cupcake cases and bake for 15-20 minutes.

Leave to cool and decorate if you wish. I use low fat cheese spread and a dog treat to top.
Please note, give your dog slightly less dinner if a muffin has been enjoyed and we suggest only one per day.
They keep for 3 days in the fridge and can be frozen without topping.
